This is our guide, Inga, looking into a crevace on the glacier. At one point, I accidently stepped in one and Inga had to pull me out. My camera would have pulled me straight to the bottom!

A cave beneath the glacier. The ice is blue as it is so compact the molecules are being pressed tightly together. Also, it can be a sign that the ice has been there a long time. Inga told us early on in the trip that in the last two years, this particular glacier has lost 50 meters.

This really sounds like a lot of fun! I love the colors and the composition, especially the last frame!
