Coleen Murphy founded the Coleen Murphy Foundation and is hosting a beef and beer on May 17 at St. Dominic's Marion Hall in Holmesburg. Murphy has Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) and Tuberouns Sclerosis, two rare diseases, but has maintained a positive attitude and sense of humor through her struggles.
